Report an error

Has your grid company changed its price list since 1 January, or does the transfer fee not match your bill? Send the company name, your grid area (on the bill or on Nätområden.se), your main fuse size and, if possible, a link to the price list. For tax questions, give the source. Corrections go into the parameter file with a date and show on every page at once.

What we cannot help with

We cannot see your consumption, contract or bill, and we do not broker contracts. Billing questions go to the retailer or grid company; disputes can go to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), and Energimarknadsbyrån gives free guidance, partly in English.
